SADDLE BROOK, NJ (October 9, 2012) — Nourison has launched a social media campaign to help fund research to find a cure for diabetes. During the months of October and November 2012, for every new “like” or “follow” on Nourison’s Facebook or Pinterest page, Nourison will donate $1 to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.
“Nourison and the Peykar family have been strong supporters of The Diabetes Research Institute for a long time,” said Thomas Itty, marketing director of Nourison. “Our goal is to raise awareness for this devastating illness that affects so many in our society, as well as highlight the significant progress organizations such as the DRI are making in finding a cure for diabetes.”
