Rug News andDesign has confirmed that Bill Ward is joining Stark Carpet. Known for his leading roles at ABC Carpet & Home (retail), Obeetee (wholesale), Halvai (designing and making) and most recently the turnaround story at Lillian August in Connecticut, Ward is expected to play a role in Stark’s new, more aggressive stance in the market.
